Ordering Information
 Orders can be placed by adding products to your shopping
cart through our
online catalogue, or by phone, fax, email, or
regular
mail. To order a copy of our catalogue, please
contact us.
HomeSchool and More usually has material in stock
and should be able to send out your order a few days after it
is received. If you are in a particular hurry, please
let us know and we will inform you of any delays. All
orders must be prepaid.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handlings costs in Canada are based on the value of your order. Shipping costs to destinations outside Canada will be determined on an individual basis after an order is received.

Payment Information
 HomeSchool
and More is an
InternetSecure merchant. Transactions are
processed in Canadian dollars. Visa, Mastercard,
Discover and American Express credit cards are accepted as well as
cheques, money orders, and
email money transfers. After adding items to your
shopping cart, going to checkout and selecting your payment
type preference, one of the following will happen:

if you choose credit card as your payment preference, you will be
directed to secure pages on the InternetSecure website to
collect your billing and credit card information and
complete your online order |

if you choose cheque or money order,
an email will be sent to Homeschool and More
with your order information and you will be contacted
within 2 business days to confirm order details and to
process your order |
| 3 |
if you choose email money transfer,
you must then complete your order payment process
through online banking with your financial
institution. Through online banking, you will be
required to enter the recipient’s name (Homeschool and
More), and the recipient's email address

If you are ordering online and paying by cheque, money
order or email transfer, we will ask you for
your phone number so we can call you for payment information.
If you are not ordering online, be sure to add shipping and
GST. DO NOT send credit card account numbers by
email! Call us or give us your phone number so we can call
you.
Returns
Occasionally you will purchase something that turns out to be
quite different from what you expected. Returns will be
accepted on items listed in the catalogue with the exception
of Alpha Omega. Any items that are specially ordered
cannot be returned without prior approval. Catalogue
items must be returned within 30 days with a copy of the
invoice and must be returned in new, saleable condition.
Be sure to wrap and package the books well. Full credit
will be given (shipping and handling excluded) for books
arriving in new condition. A full credit will not be
given if books arrive in damaged condition.
Hours
Our regular hours of operation are Monday,
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and
Saturday from 10:0am to 5:00pm. We are
closed on Sunday. We welcome evening calls, preferably by appointment, especially to discuss curriculum choices and difficult situations. We know that it is easier to do this when the little ones are down or when the child you are struggling with is not around to hear your comments. We invite you to drop by and browse in our showroom. Please call ahead.
